TEEBOSSMAY works with some of the leading print providers in the industry, which means that you can be confident that the printing techniques and the printed products have undergone extensive testing before being made available. As long as you follow the product care instructions, the product should retain its colours and overall quality over a period of time.

If you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch as soon as possible. As we use a print-on-demand company, if the order has been sent to production, it means that they may already be working on fulfilling the order. As a result, it may not be possible to request cancellation at this point.

You can find your order number in the confirmation email and in every email that’s related to your order. You can also find order details under the 'My Orders' section if you are logged into your account.

When you select PayPal in our checkout, we’ll lead you straight to the PayPal site. If you already have an account, you can log in and confirm the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can set one up and easily proceed with the payment. To make sure everything will be delivered to the right address, please check if all the information in your PayPal account is correct.

We’ll always send you an email to let you know why your order has been cancelled. Most of the time it’s one of these reasons: Your items were out of stock at the time of shipping If this is the case, we’ll take care of your refund straight away. Something went wrong while verifying your billing and/or shipping details Try to go back one step in the payment process on the website to check your details. If they’re correct it’s easiest to contact your bank to see if they can help you find out more. If the issue lies in the shipping, please check your address details and make sure the address is based in the same country as the website you’ve ordered from. There’s a duplicate order Please check the original order. It could very well be that it has been confirmed and/or shipped already. If the issue remains get in touch so we can investigate further.

Unfortunately, our online store host doesn’t support reduced shipping rates for additional products, so shipping fees will be applied to each individual item in your cart.

Customs fees are taxes that can sometimes be applied to imported shipments, based on your country’s import regulations. Please note: TEEBOSSMAY is not responsible for any customs fees that an order may incur upon its arrival in the destination country. TEEBOSSMAY is a Europe-based business, therefore custom fees may be applied to orders purchased outside of this region.

For online orders, the following delivery options are available: Standard delivery: your order will be delivered to a home/work address

Our orders are usually shipped and delivered within 30 business days, after the order is confirmed, with standard delivery. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on what products you purchase and the delivery destination. In case of delays, you will be informed accordingly.

We are able to ship to most countries, except for Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.

TEEBOSSMAY uses a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.

Right now, we don’t have an exchange service. If you’d like the item in a different colour or a different size, the best thing to do at this moment in time is to place a new order.

If your product is damaged or you believe a manufacturing error has occurred, then please get in touch as soon as possible. If you contact us within 30 days of product delivery, we will be able to offer a free replacement or a refund. When contacting us, please ensure you have a clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface in which the design and the issue are clearly visible in a single frame.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you receive the wrong product ensuring you have a clear photo of the product that was received, with the tag clearly visible as well.

If you believe your order has suffered delivery-related damage, please get in touch with us immediately so that we can investigate. Before getting in touch, ensure that you have taken a clear photo or video of the received product where the package and the issue are clearly visible.

TEEBOSSMAY makes use of print-on-demand services, which is is one of the most sustainable business models out there. With print-on-demand, the goods are produced on an “as needed” basis, therefore reducing inventory and creating zero waste. It allows us to offer a greater variety of designs without needing to purchase any pre-printed stock. Also, making use of printing techniques such as direct to garment (DTG) printing, means that environmentally-friendly, water-based inks are used instead, with the process itself being mostly waterless and highly energy-efficient.
